Being a self supported race, no entrants can have the benefit of a support car but can refill on supplies at any store or coffee shop. You can even pre book your accommodation if you like , if you need to rest make sure you grab some shut eye.

Self supported is carrying your own shit, picking up your shit after you and not leaving a single trace, pack enough stuff to get you from start to finish with a few stops in-between. Bring a rain jacket, it can rain in Wales a few days a week.
