If you haven't already, try Komoot today to plan your route. There are some cycle shops along the route as CP's and others including Cycle Solutions in Uplands, Swansea and Summit Cycles in Aberystwyth.
Start time for the ride in 2024 is up to you, riders can start from as early as sunrise at 5:40am up to midday on Friday May 3rd.
Get a picture at each Checkpoint / Waypoint and then stamp it with the time and location, you can upload these straight to Instagram and tag @abikerace ( and also #abikerace) or upload them all at the end of the day it is up to you. When uploading your rides to Strava please add your time and location stamped photos too. Say cheese!!! (Please only take a photos when safe to do so and not while riding)
We use the app DateStamper on our iPhone, try it out to date and location stamp your images.
